FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
At Sri Eshwar, faculty empowerment is not just a goal but a continuous journey. To ensure our teachers are at the forefront of technological and pedagogical advancements, FDPs are meticulously designed to equip our faculty members with best-in-class teaching skills and cutting-edge knowledge.
Throughout the year, we conduct a series of FDPs, each crafted to bring about a positive transformation in our faculty members. The selection of FDP topics is strategically aligned with the semester-wise curriculum to ensure relevance and impact. We pride ourselves on bringing in resource persons from nationally reputed institutions and leading industries.Our faculty members also regularly participate in weekly pedagogy sessions to enhance their teaching strategies.
TEACHING & LEARNING
At Sri Eshwar we quickly implement and adapt to new and modern teaching and learning methodologies. Our classrooms are equipped with wi-fi and smart interactive boards to bring a wide variety of learning possibilities to students. All students of the class can plug in their laptops to dedicated power outlets, to enable a truly hands-on learning experience.

We leverage Google Classroom and Moodle LMS for implementing hybrid and flipped classroom models, ensuring seamless online course content design and assessment.
