Sri Eshwar boasts a highly disciplined and impeccable student wing of the prestigious NCC. National Cadet Corps is a Tri-Services Organization, comprising the Army, Navy and Air Force, engaged in grooming the youth of the country into disciplined and patriotic citizens.The Cadets are given basic military training in small arms and parades.

A dedicated team of highly qualified and experienced faculty are appointed to handle all aspects of Student Welfare. The committees under Student welfare, have protocols and guidelines and well equipped to handle the various aspects of student welfare, including anti-ragging awareness, student counseling, POSH or grievance redressal.
