The inward programs provide an opportunity for the incoming students to study/carry out research work on advanced technologies and experience the Indian culture and heritage. APPLICATION PROCESS
- Students with Minimum CGPA of 8.0 or equivalent in their university.
- Should have been enrolled as a full time student when they apply.
- Undergrads with English as their first language will be exempted from IELTS.
- Decide the semester of study.
- Indian Fall Semester (July - Dec).
- Indian Winter Semester (Jan - June).
- Submit the required forms/transcripts duly signed, within the application deadline.
- Application form can be downloaded from the CIR page/Downloads section of Sri Eshwar’s website
- Academic transcripts (translated into English if required)
- Deadline - 3 months before the start of the semester. Early submission is highly encouraged.
- Attend virtual interview within 1 to 2 weeks of submission of application
- Receive your admission intimation (if selected) through email within 4 weeks after application deadline
- Visa & Immigration
Once accepted, the CIR will provide guidance and necessary documentation for the student visa application process. - Buy Health Insurance plan
Incoming students must have valid health insurance coverage. The college will provide information on insurance options available. - Accommodation
Accommodation and food will be taken care of by Sri Eshwar for the incoming overseas students at Sri Eshwar’s hostel facilities. The hostel details will be confirmed to the students upon arrival. - Attend Pre-Onboarding Orientation
Incoming students are required to attend a pre orientation session covering academic expectations, campus life, and available resources before their arrival. - Seek Program Related Counseling
- The CIR offers counseling services to help incoming students to get acclimatized to the ambience at Sri Eshwar campus These sessions can be sought anytime prior to and during the program.
- Sri Eshwar provides opportunities for incoming students to participate in cultural exchange programs, student clubs, and other events to foster cross-cultural understanding and engagement.

PROJECT/RESEARCH INTERNSHIPS @ SRI ESHWAR
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Students must be from a partner institution of Sri Eshwar.
- Students must be in the 2nd year or more of their current undergraduate program.
- Masters and Phd scholars are eligible to apply anytime during the course of their program
- Statement of Purpose (One page)
- Updated CV or Resume (One page)
- Transcripts or records of the last academic period (non-official transcripts admitted)
- English proficiency tests (for select countries)
SRI ESHWAR SUMMER/WINTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
A short-term visit to Sri Eshwar by students from overseas institutions would provide them with an opportunity to go through a short-term course on an emerging technology, to experience Sri Eshwar campus infrastructure, the Indian culture and heritage through conducted tours. The CIR facilitates 1 to 3 weeks immersion programs for students from overseas institutions during the summer/winter holidays.
Sri Eshwar is happy to provide accommodation and food to the overseas students enrolling for the above programs.
